What to expect

These are untested customer returns, sold as-is for resale. No returns.

We buy every item from a large, well-established liquidation company, and we buy them the same way we sell them to you: untested, as-is, no returns. We took that risk first. Then we picked through what's available and built this box from the items we'd want to resell ourselves.

We guarantee the manifest. Every item listed is in your box, or we credit you for it.

We can't guarantee every item is complete. We've bought liquidation pallets of Amazon returns ourselves, so we know how returns work. Most come back because of a wrong size, a change of mind, or a dented box. Now and then, someone keeps a part before sending an item back, like the drip tray from a coffee maker or a power cord. It's not common, but it happens, and we don't open and inventory every accessory.

That's why these boxes are priced at a fraction of retail.

Shipping

$100 flat rate anywhere in the lower 48 states. This is a large, heavy box. Ships by ground only.

Shipping is charged on top of your winning bid. If it is not collected automatically when the auction closes, we will email you a separate $100 shipping invoice, and the box ships once that is paid.

Problem with your box? Message us first at support@digitaltowns.app and we'll sort it out.
