DigitalTowns Market Return and Refund Policy

Eligible returns
For products eligible for change-of-mind returns, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 14 days after delivery. Include your order number and the item you want to return.

Returned items must be the original items supplied, unused and unaltered, in the condition received, with any original packaging and accessories. Graded cards must remain in their original, unopened grading holders.

Random card assortments
Randomly selected cards and card bundles are final sale for change-of-mind returns. A preference for different cards, languages, sets, rarities, or market values is not a product defect when the selection matches the listing.

This restriction does not apply to missing, damaged, incorrect, counterfeit, or materially misdescribed items, and does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Problems with an order
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if something is wrong. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when available.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for confirmed problems. Where a return is needed because of our error or a defective or materially misdescribed item, we cover the necessary return shipping.

Return instructions and costs
Contact us for return instructions before sending anything back. For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns unless required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds
We will notify you after reviewing your return or claim. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. If your order has not been dispatched, we will attempt to cancel it and refund your payment. Once dispatched, the applicable return policy applies.

Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
