Official Rules – Season 001

Week 2 drawing delayed (updated October 24, 2026). The week 2 drawing was delayed and will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2026 between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM Arizona time, from entries earned by Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM Arizona time, within the 7-day window in Section 8. Entries earned after the cutoff count toward week 3, which opened the moment week 2 closed.

Week 2 was extended on Oct 9, 2026; all entries already earned remain valid. Week 2 entries closed Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM Arizona time.

Updated October 16, 2026: every new account also receives 100 free rips once, after completing a full signup (Section 5).

Updated October 9, 2026: starting with week 2 (October 5, 2026), entries are earned only by MGU rips, including free daily rips, and by Digital Towns Market purchases (Section 5). Instagram, Facebook and other social comment entries and mail-in entries ended with week 1, whose entry cutoff was October 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM Arizona time. Entries already earned through comments or mail-in stay in the season total and count in every remaining drawing. From week 2, purchases earn 100 entries per $1, up to 4,200 purchase entries per person per week (Section 5). The week 2 prize is listed in Section 9.

Updated September 24, 2026: added the Digital Towns account requirement (Section 4), weekly giveaway notices and entry amounts (Section 3), how comment entries on other social platforms are added (Section 5) and the leaderboard section (Section 7).

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The free way to enter is free daily rips in Mint or Print (MGU) at digitaltowns.app/mgu. Every player receives free rips every day, and each free rip earns the same entries as a paid rip (Section 5).

1. Sponsor

Digital Towns, 4611 E Chandler Blvd, Ste 112 #4243, Phoenix, AZ 85048 (“Sponsor”), operating Digital Towns Market.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Each eligible person may participate through one Digital Towns account only (see Section 4). Employees and contractors who help administer the promotion, and their immediate households, are not eligible. Customers, affiliates, creators and referral program participants are eligible.

3. Promotion period, weekly giveaways and entry amounts

Season 001 runs from 12:00 AM on September 23, 2026 to 11:59 PM on December 31, 2026, Arizona time (MST). Season 001 is a series of separate weekly giveaways, each with its own entry window (a “week”). The first week ran from the start of the season through Sunday, October 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM Arizona time. Each later week runs Monday 12:00 AM through Sunday 11:59 PM Arizona time unless its giveaway notice or these rules state otherwise (week 2 runs two weeks, see Section 9), and opens the moment the previous week’s entry window closes, so there is no gap between weeks. Entries earned after one week’s cutoff count toward the next week, even before that week’s giveaway notice is published.

Giveaway notices. For each week, Sponsor publishes a giveaway notice: the weekly giveaway post on Sponsor’s official accounts listed on the Season 001 page. Each notice states that week’s prize and its approximate retail value, entry window and drawing date, and the number of entries earned by each entry method during that week. Each giveaway notice is part of these rules.

Entry amounts. Entries are credited at the amounts in effect for the week in which the entry action occurs: purchases by order date and MGU rips by when they are taken. Entry amounts may vary by week and, for purchases, by product. Sponsor may change entry amounts, and add or discontinue entry methods, for future weeks by publishing a new giveaway notice and updating these rules. Entries already credited are kept for the rest of the season, and a later change never reduces them. A free method of entry remains available throughout the season.

4. Digital Towns account required

Season 001 combines every entry in one place: the entrant’s Digital Towns account. An entry counts only once it is linked to an eligible Digital Towns account. The account is how Sponsor combines each person’s entries and prevents one person from entering through multiple accounts.

• One account per person. Each eligible person may hold one Digital Towns account. Accounts can currently be created free at digitaltowns.app/mgu. If Sponsor determines that one person controls more than one account, Sponsor may void the entries on all of those accounts.
• Accurate information. The account must show the entrant’s full legal name, a current US mailing address and an email address the entrant controls. This information must match a government-issued photo ID if the entrant is selected as a winner.
• Same email on the Market. Purchases at digitaltownsmarket.com are matched to a Digital Towns account by email address. Entrants must use the same email at checkout as on their Digital Towns account. Purchases made with a different email are not combined unless the entrant emails support@digitaltowns.app from both addresses before the applicable entry cutoff and Sponsor confirms the match.
• Link before the cutoff. Entries count toward a weekly drawing only if they are linked to an eligible account by that drawing’s entry cutoff. When an entrant links an email, the eligible entries it earned earlier in Season 001 are credited to the Digital Towns account for that drawing and every later drawing.
• Week 1 social and mail-in entries. Comment entries earned in week 1 count only from a social account the entrant owns and has linked to one Digital Towns account, as these rules provided during week 1. To change a linked social account, email support@digitaltowns.app.

5. How to enter

From week 2 (starting October 5, 2026), there are two ways to earn entries:

• MGU play (free, no purchase necessary): 100 entries for each rip taken in Mint or Print (MGU) at digitaltowns.app/mgu, whether the rip was free or paid. Every player receives free daily rips (currently 5 a day, plus 1 more a day for sharing a pull), which reset at midnight Arizona time. Every new account also receives 100 free rips once, after completing a full signup (verified email, first and last name and a US mailing address). One per person, email address and household. Rip entries are credited to the account automatically.
• Purchase: 100 entries per $1 spent at digitaltownsmarket.com (after discounts, before tax and shipping, rounded up to the nearest dollar), plus any bonus entries listed for that product. Each person can earn at most 4,200 purchase entries per week, bonus entries included, which is the most a player can earn in a week from free daily rips. Credited to the Digital Towns account with the same email as the order.

Week 1 only. In week 1 (September 23 through October 4, 2026), entries could also be earned by commenting on Sponsor’s official Instagram and Facebook posts and by mail-in, at the amounts in the week 1 giveaway notice, and purchases earned the week 1 amounts. Comments made and mail-in entries postmarked by the week 1 cutoff and received within 5 days after it are credited to week 1. These methods are closed from week 2: no comment or mail-in entries are accepted for week 2 or any later week. Entries already earned through them stay in the season total.

Affiliate commissions do not earn entries. Automated, bulk or fraudulent entries are void. It is fraudulent to make purchases to obtain entries with the intent to return or cancel them; refunded or cancelled orders lose their entries, and Sponsor may disqualify and ban anyone it identifies or suspects of this or any other fraudulent activity.

6. Entries carry forward

All eligible entries earned during Season 001 count in every remaining weekly drawing. Winning a drawing does not remove you from later drawings.

7. Leaderboard

The Season 001 leaderboard at digitaltowns.app/season ranks Digital Towns accounts by total eligible season entries and is updated periodically. Only entries linked to an account appear on it. The same page also shows all-time MGU boards (rips, hits, referrals, towns and streaks), which are for display only and do not affect entries. Weekly winners are selected at random under Section 8, not by leaderboard rank.

8. Drawings and odds

Each weekly entry window closes Sunday at 11:59 PM, Arizona time (MST). Within 7 days after each cutoff, winners are selected at random by the Digital Towns randomizer from all eligible entries, and drawings can be watched at digitaltowns.app/season. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible purchase and non-purchase entries received.

9. Prizes

Each weekly prize and its approximate retail value are stated in that week’s giveaway notice. Sponsor may add prizes during the season. No substitution or cash equivalent except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes ship only to a US mailing address. Winners are responsible for any taxes.

Week 2 prize. One (1) AGS 10 Gem Mint graded Lileep Art Rare 104/102 from Stellar Miracle (SV7), Japanese, 2024, AGS certification number 00642646, plus ten (10) sealed Japanese Battle Partners (SV9) booster packs. Approximate retail value: $55. Week 2 entry window: October 5, 2026 at 12:00 AM through October 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM Arizona time. Drawing: originally scheduled for October 19, 2026 at about 12:00 PM Arizona time; delayed to Saturday, October 24, 2026 between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM Arizona time, from entries earned by the week 2 cutoff. Week 2 was extended on Oct 9, 2026; all entries already earned remain valid.

10. Winner notification and verification

Winners are notified by email and must respond within 7 days, or an alternate winner may be selected. Before a prize is awarded, the winner must confirm that the name and address on their Digital Towns account (or week 1 mail-in card) match their government-issued photo ID, and may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and provide tax information where required by law. A winner who fails verification, or who is found to control more than one account, forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

11. General

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, X, TikTok or any other social platform. Each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook, Meta, X and every other social platform used in this promotion from any liability related to it. Pokémon and its card products are trademarks of their respective owners, including Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. and The Pokémon Company; this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any of them. AGS is a third-party grading service and is not a sponsor. Sponsor may modify or cancel the promotion if it cannot run as planned. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
