With the sun-city of Kahlannal liberated, the heroes have one last mission: end the efreeti invasion before it consumes the Burning Archipelago. Using stealth technology from their anassanoi allies, the party must infiltrate the Crucible — the efreeti base of operations deep within the sun — and return the Far Portal to the surface. General Khaim, the efreeti commander, will risk everything to stop them.
